Chef Rikku O’Donnchu is a British-born culinary professional renowned for his innovative and avant-garde approach to cuisine. In Cape Town, he has been associated with several notable dining ventures - such as the executive chef at Gåte on the Quoin Rock wine estate and later opened Exhibit A in 2019.

More recently, he has been involved with RIKŪ, a restaurant located in Woodstock, Cape Town, offering an intimate dining experience with a focus on innovative dishes.
