CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 50g Rosemary
  • 50g Thyme
  • 30g Mint
  • 50g Origanum
  • 1-g Red Chilli (Deseeded)
  • 20g Garlic
  • 16g Brown Sugar
  • 50ml Willow Creek Olive Oil
  • 40ml Willow Creek
  • Cabernet Sauvignon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to season

Method:

  1. Finely chop all the herbs and add to bowl.
  2. Add your brown sugar, oil, vinegar, seasoning and mix alltogether to create an oily loosepaste.
  3. Serve with steak.
