CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 50g Rosemary
- 50g Thyme
- 30g Mint
- 50g Origanum
- 1-g Red Chilli (Deseeded)
- 20g Garlic
- 16g Brown Sugar
- 50ml Willow Creek Olive Oil
- 40ml Willow Creek
- Cabernet Sauvignon Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to season
Method:
- Finely chop all the herbs and add to bowl.
- Add your brown sugar, oil, vinegar, seasoning and mix alltogether to create an oily loosepaste.
- Serve with steak.
